FIELD OF USE

It is used in storage silos to discharge ground grain, flour, semolina, bran, and waste materials through vibrations generated by a vibro motor. The machine consists of an upper body and a lower swinging section. A conical part inside ensures smooth product flow without clogging. In addition to flour and semolina mills, it is also used in pasta factories, feed mills, and other similar industrial facilities.

    • Automatic Dampening System

      The machine consists of two main structures. The first part is made up of a semi-cylindrical body and includes a vertically mounted rotor with moving blades, a motor drive unit, and a product passage sensor that controls the inlet and outlet pipes.

    • Screw Feeder

      It is specifically used to regularly feed granular or powdered products to a machine or conveying element at an appropriate flow rate, particularly in flour mills, to return unwanted product back into the system, and to regulate flow in areas where product movement is difficult.
